Book Clarence House exclusively and make the whole period residence your own — every en-suite bedroom, the shared kitchen and lounge, and the private garden. Well suited to milestone celebrations, family gatherings, wedding parties, or a corporate group wanting the house to themselves.

Exclusive use bookings are charged as a private room / group booking, with the first night's stay taken at the time of booking. Children are welcome when the full house is booked.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are charged the total reservation price. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking.
